Major sidewalk repair needed on south side of webster street between 16th and 17th. Missing cement, broken glass, new graffiti, and illegally parked cars (entirely on public sidewalk) are consequences of this disrepair sidewalk stretch. Please fix this health hazard.
1099 South Broad Street Philadelphia, PA
The last film crew to occupy the parking lot on Broad and Washington this summer, left behind lumber platforms used to support porto-potty's. Large wooden boards and planks are spilling from the parking lot on to
Washington Ave between Washington and 15th St. It has been like this for over a month and is it obstructing the sidewalk.
2229 Pemberton Street Philadelphia, PA
Sidewalk blocked and bleeding cement and dirt into the street. Building not secure. Litter --takeout containers -- mice, etc. THIS IS A PMBC CLEAN BLOCK. We work very hard to keep the street clean. We are expecting enforcement. Thank You.
1515 Catharine Street Philadelphia, PA
1515 and 1507 Catharine St were both recently demolished. The sidewalk in front of 1515 has not been paved and there isn't a fence to prevent littering like there is for 1507. Right now, there is garbage and an armchair on the 1515 lot. Could something be done about the sidewalk and fence? Thank you.

At 10:15am this morning I saw a young female tenant of 2221 St Albans Street leave the property with several bags of trash, two of which she left in front of 2209 St Albans Street. She then threw others into a small gated courtyard next to 2209 and left the remaining bags at the curb.
2218 Saint Albans Street Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The tenants of 2218 St Albans Street have apparently moved from the property and have left piles of trash all over the sidewalk. The photos attached were taken AFTER the sanitation department picked up the trash on the scheduled collection day (Monday, 30th June)
2239 League St Philadelphia, PA 19146, USA
The building contractors for 2239 League Street dumped waste, building materials, excess dirt, and trash in the common alley between League Street and Kimball Streets. The contractors failed to lease a dumpster, as required, or remove their debris.

This building has a history of putting their trash out early, I've been told 40 years, I've seen it for 15 over years. The residents have a history of putting their trash out in paper bags, not in the prescribed manor, in a haphazard way, and in an illegal manner. The entrance to the building faces the 2200 Block of Pemberton Street which is a PMBC Clean Block and has been so since August of 2008. We clean the street on a regular basis. Neighbors have asked nicely that they comply without result. Neighbors have called 311 on numerous occasions to no avail. Trash collection was missed Monday and they continue to add to the trash pile. We are waiting for enforcement.· Reported by Richard T. 16th And Kater St Philadelphia, PA
this section of 16th st is always full of litter and garbage. The residents don't make any effort to keep their home fronts free of litter. is there anything that can be done to prompt the residents/owners to clean up their home fronts? it is just down right embarrassing at this point. So much has been done in other sections of the city to curb trash. why not here?
