Witnessed a car driving around with lots of scrap carpet and trashbags on top of car. Driver drove intentionally to make sure the trash fell off the car. Started seeing the car on Dearnley, then followed through Green Tree run apartment complex, down umbria when driver turned up Domino (where you can dump trash for free if you are a citizen).
Car was a older Ford or GMC, licenseplate JGN1290.

Dallesandro's Steak recently added outdoor seating, and trash from it blows all over the park across the street and our homes. Beer bottles, soda bottles filled with urine (they don't have a bathroon); I pick up trash every single day. Staff should be out cleaning up their trash.

Schuylkill River Trail - Philadelphia To Valley Forge Philadelphia, PA
01/09/2013 Fencing and a large gate have been dumped along the Schuylkill River bike trail, just east of the Philly/Montgomery County border.
It looks like it came from vandalism at the workyard at Port Royal Avenue and the SRT (near Nixon and River Road).
Also, the drainage ditch alongside the SRT needs to be cleaned out.
