Issues: bike concern

Manhattan Park doesn't have a decent place to keep bikes overnight. Could a bike rack be installed on the exterior of motorgate to allow overnight bike parking?

So, I've heard that a bike pump is available at all times at PSD. But every time I try to use what they have - a flimsy manual one - it's broken and they always send me to the bus garage where I can never get access.
Why don't we make RI more bike friendly? Why can't we install good ones - perhaps at the visitors center, another one at the lighthouse an another one at the gardens?

Signs remain on multiple bike racks indicating that overnight use of "bike racks" is prohibited. I am informed this rule is no longer in effect. Please remove the inaccurate signs.

Parents & dog owners! A little sensitivity and some rules needed! dogs going wild, barking, raring their teeth, and jumping up on the food have no place at the green market. Dogs of shouldn't be that close to food sales. And kids on Razor scooters, bikes, skates, etc. are a danger and a nuisance. Please take some responsibility.
RIOC, would u kindly institute some rules:
- no pets allowed in vicinity of food
- no scooters, bicycles, rollerblades, etc. beyond this point?

The bicycle rack that previously was at the northwestern corner of the tennis courts near the entrance to The Octagon was dismantled. It was moved 50 feet east and is no longer anchored to the ground. In theory, the rack (and any bikes chained to it) could be lifted, placed in a vehicle and driven away. Please find an appropriate location near The Octagon entrance for bikes to be safely chained to an anchored rack. The concierge told me that bikes chained to the No Parking sign would be cut by Public Safety and removed.
