This light for 7 years now has not had a left hand turn signal to turn onto Riverview Road. After almost being hit, I no longer take this turn and instead take a detour down MT. Gallant to beable to get to Stones Crossings Apts. There has been plenty of accidents at this intersection and nothing has been done about it. It is nearly impossible to make the left turn unless you pull up and wait for the yellow light and sometimes that does not work because of the on comng traffic does not slow, they even fly through the red light!

Amber Ridge housing development in Rock Hill has a play area that needs a speed bump for the people that drive at the speed of 30 miles. Disregarding the fact that children of all ages are playing. We put slow down kids are playing signs, orange flags, and even yelling slow down, but that doesnt work. PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE!!!!!

This park is a haven for gang fights, drug users, drinking, homeless people, & sex. I've seen people having sex in their cars in broad daylight, homeless people urinating while children play, teens & younger adults from Clinton college smoking pot and drinking, & gangs of teens fighting. I forbid my son to play at this park. I call the police everytime I witness any illegal activity but in some occasions they don't make it in time to catch these people.
Cherry Rd At Winthrop University (Bordering Wu) - Rock Hill
Here is my request to the DMV:
I am requesting that the crosswalks along Cherry Rd. in Rock Hill SC that border Winthrop University be repainted. They have completely worn away and motorist do not notice the massive number of students trying to cross and a large number of students are being caught in the median of the road. It would also be helpful if you could place signs at the crosswalk notify pedestrian the cars only have to yield to pedestrians already in the crosswalk, and that they must NOT enter the crosswalk when traffic is approaching. Even the chief of police on the campus has had to talk to pedestrians about just stepping out into traffic on Cherry Road and expecting traffic to stop for them. We have already had two pedestrian struck in the last year and as a good citizen it is my hope that taking care of this maintenance issue with the crosswalks will avoid another injury.
