Texas Ave. Rochester Hills, MI
People use Texas/Oklahoma as a shortcut to north Brewster and avoid light on Walton. 40-50 mph is not uncommon. Sheriff is willing to respond, but unless you get a plate # they can't do much. And we can't expect them to be here 24/7. Some of us have asked the city to install speed "humps" (not bumps...humps are lower and wider) but city said it would interfere with snow plows. Yet Powderhorn Ridge, less than 1/2 mile west, has them. (Do they use different snow plows over there?). The demographics of Texas Ave. have changed over last 10 years, more young families with kids have moved in. This is an accident waiting to happen, and maybe after somebody's kid gets killed the city will react. But this is now on record, and the city has been served with notice, and there is no excuse for the city to say they "didn't know". You know now.
Thanks! Thanked!2001-2019 S Rochester Rd Rochester Hills, MI 48307, USA
In the right hand south bound lane of Rochester there is a serious bump, while it sucks when going straight over it, it is even worse when turning off of west bound Hamlin. Feels like the back of my truck shifts sideways, very dangerous! I crawl around that turn now.
532 Bolinger St Rochester Hills, MI 48307, USA
The hill on Bolinger Street has a speed limit of 25mph yet cars frequently speed 10-20mph over that up and down the hill. Because of the construction on Main Street there has been a increase in traffic and the whole Bolinger area has become very busy and downright dangerous. Speed bumps should be added to the hill and this would to stop this.

Please fix this uneven road right at the stop light if you are traveling east bound. Traveling at post speeds someone will blow out a tired as they pass over this section.

Kings Cove condos has limited sidewalk area and lots of pedestrians, walkers, etc. utilizing nearby Paint Creek Trail. Vehicles coming in and out of the limited-access development are driving with excessive speed (25mph posted limit) all hours of the day. Put some speed bumps in--or metal nail strips!
1001-1095 State Highway 150 Rochester Hills, MI 48307, USA
This needs to be fixed before someone blows a tire.
1303-1315 S Adams Rd Rochester Hills, MI 48309, USA
Morning and Afternoon traffic going North and Southbound on Adams Road from Hamlin to Walton is always bumper to bumper. This makes it virtually impossible to make any left turn from the streets/parking lots along this stretch, not to mention very very dangerous. Something needs to be done here to help flow and control traffic for residents in the area. Please do something because it safety continues to be less and less as time goes by.
