Jimmy John's and City Dogs dumping trash in alley between Main St and Cary. Many rats and other animals thriving in the alley
If a car is blocking access to the alley then the car needs to be ticketed and towed. If the debris is still in the alley, the property owner/tenant responsible should be cited for a code violation. The ticket should not be closed until the issue is addressed and the problem resolved. Closing the ticket because the City does not have 'access' is silly.
I am fed up with the negligence of this alley. Residents should not be expected to live in this filth.
