A group of abandoned/decrepit properties with people staying in it, accumulating trash, and also leaving barking dogs in the unsafe structure all day in the heat. Graffiti on the front of the property.
Property also fronts on Monroe Street and is covered by old, ripped tarps. It's been this way for years. Supposed to have been sold at auction but that never happened. It's dangerous and an eyesore on a nice block. Developer also illegally demolished two historic homes prior to constructing this mess. He's a menace!
