Bike lane ends abruptly where Allens Avenue intersects Point Street. All of a sudden, cyclists are forced into the traffic lane. Cars are not expecting this. Compounding the problem are drains and potholes that further limit space for cyclists at the side of the road. To fix this, consider 1) eliminating one traffic lane (there are 3) to allow space for cyclists, or 2) replace sidewalk with bi-directional, bike-path style shared space for walkers and cyclists, or 3) at least paint a visible lane and put up a bike sign so cars will be expecting the lane to end. This is very dangerous as it is.

Traffic uses FC Greene Blvd as a cut through to/from Park Ave/Warwick Ave. Speed limit is 15 MPH. Most traffic travels 35MPH+ with many over that up to 60MPH. Many heavy trucks where trucks are prohibited. No sidewalks, lots of joggers, walkers, kids, bikes, etc. Very dangerous. Park is a recreation area not a thruway.Park Administration refuses to address. We have appealed to the MAyor's office and the new City Councilor. No action at all. Another year has gone by. Still no help on this.
179 Dean St. Providence, RI
At least once a week there is a serious car crash at the intersection of Dean and Kenyon Sts. The city took away parking along Kenyon saying this would solve the problem, instead it's gotten worse as drivers speed thru the intersection or you see 3 cars trying to enter Dean at the same time. The pole in front of my business is in splinters due to cars hitting it. Time to close Federal and Kenyon off to traffic from Dean St.!

A pothole has formed and is growing on Calverly St. It is located just off Smith St. and creates a hazardous driving area as vehicles try to avoid the pothole and traffic.
211-213 Benefit St Providence, RI 02903, USA
the city has put in new traffic lights,
with signs for pedestrians.
what they really need to do, IS HAVE FLASHING LIGHTS TO SLOW DOWN THE CARS around the RISD campus.
a student of mine was hit by a car yesterday.
Harris And Atwells Providence, RI
As you are approaching the intersection from Valley headed to route 10, there are 2 signs stating the left lane is for left hand turns or straight. When you get to the intersection the left lane is for a left turn only. The signs should be removed
963 Broad St Providence, RI 02907, USA
Turning left from Broad to Thurbers, the green light behaves like a green turn arrow because oncoming traffic still have a red. But, someone unfamiliar with the intersection wouldn't know this. This creates confusion, angry drivers stuck behind people waiting for oncoming traffic, and most dangerously, people who automatically turn left when they reach the intersection, assuming that oncoming traffic still has a red. I have seen several near hits here.
Please make the traffic light reflect the actual function of the intersection.
1 Exchange St Providence, RI 02903, USA
There is a no left turn sign hanging from the traffic light at the intersection of Exchange and Fulton. Every morning I watch numerous cars make lefts at that intersection, no one cares. If the no left turn isn't going to be enforced take down the sign as it causes confusion
Stillman St Providence, RI 02903, USA
The stop sign at this intersection was on the ground a couple weeks ago - it fell somehow, I saw it on the ground attached to the pole. It has not been replaced. This is a busy intersection with traffic to the train station coming from two directions and its unsafe for pedestrians without that stop sign people coming down Stillman blow through the intersection.
