This is the most left out at one time. If its a windy day, that trash is gonna take flight. Birds and cats are all over it as well. Is this a violation. Plus the smell ain't the best.

The mound out front has been ok for about a month. The other concern is that the rest of the property where they park the rigs to haul it away is trashed. There is litter everywhere.
