water icing and collecting Open

the water running down the street always gets collected in one big hole where is the small privert drive way at. in the winter time is get's icey and ppl might get hurt. i investegated the issue and on house up the street is pumping all the water from the basment to the street. thier darin needs to be conected to the storm water drain to fix this and also fixing the holes where the water gathers.

  I know someone who lives on North Charlotte Street and their block is the same way. On of their neighbor's needed to get a pipe replaced. One person told their neighbor it would cost at least $10,000 because the main line is across the street. I know people across the street have sump pumps and at least three on the side closest to Evans St. The one person actually had to put in two pumps and may be putting in a third one.

ALTHOUGH THIS IS A SIGNED SNOW ROUTE, THE SNOW IS NEVER EVER REMOVED FROM THE PARKING AREAS, ALTHOUGH CARS DO NOT PARK THERE, GIVING EASY ACCESS TO THE PLOWS. THEY PLOW THE LANES ONLY! IN THE CASE OF THIS LAST FREEZE SNOW AND ICE, MERCHANTS CLEANED AN AREA BY THE CURB FOR DRAINAGE, WATER WAS 4-6' INTO THE ROADWAY!

6th and State Streets - it is always wet, as if water was just drained into the street. It's no problem in the summer, but freezes and causes a traffic hazard in the winter. Fix it!

  Looks like a home on State has their sump pump drain directly into the northbound lane of State. Notice it get's worse after a heavy rain. And you can also spot the home it's coming from. It discharges from the curb right in front of the home.

  Yep. Then it freezes, then more water comes out, and that gets tracked and freezes. It turns into a driving hazard in cold weather. If it is a sump, I wonder if the owner can change where it drains. It might be better to just go talk to them kindly, and ask if they could move it. Anyone in?

Many deep pottholes Open

Liberty Alley Pottstown, PA 19464, USA - Pottstown

This stretch of liberty alley has many deep pottholes. Its more like riding on a dirt road then a real paved alley. These issues have caused severe damage to cars and never drain, promoting mosquitoes in the standing water.
