There needs to be a crosswalk here as it is a high-traffic flow to and from Trader Joe's. Either by marking the pavement with white boxes or by a flashing signal, like bicyclists have would be great.

E. Burnside is a racetrack even as it winds through residential areas. Its difficult and dangerous to cross on foot or by bike. Its posted at 35 mph which seems too high and I think motorists routinely exceed that.

@#$% covering toilet paper roll, toilet seat an mirror today. In the past there has been toilet paper soaked with urine, floors saturated with urine and fecal matter on mirror at one point. I was assaulted by a homeless man in this bathroom once. Luckily I had pepper spray and was able to avoid becoming a statistic

It is a skinny pothole about 2 inches wide and 16-18 inches long. I have hit this several times over the years. 2 years ago I hit it and marked it with white paint. Last year I noticed the markings were gone. Saturday I hit it on my bicycle and it blew both tires and bent the rear rim. Cost ~ $175. I am prepared to pick up some asphault patch and repair the holes but have heard that the highway department does not like this approach.
I have heard many other riders that have hit this spot also. the sun was bright but the area is quite shaded and th ehole is almost invisible to other than pedestrians, (there were several that saw me hit it). It is like a wide crack close to the middle of the road, on a curve. I was very close to hitting the blackberry bushes on the curve as I was sliding on the flat tires sideways, recovering from the impact. I will try to get a photo of the hole.

The stretch of NE 33rd between Prescott and Fremont really needs some ways to calm the traffic down. Signage, speed-traps, traffic humps, whatever - cars are cruising through here - both dangerous and noisy.
though the speed limit says 30, cars go 40+

Entrance to Powell Butte Park. Drinking, drugs, women being attacked, signs being stolen, no lighting in front of park, garbage all over, dropping off there dog or cat that they don't want anymore,
parties, lude acts, drive by shootings, spinning out, running the stop signs on 148th S.E. Center/Gladstone Street. Problem time frames: Spring thru Fall. All days from the hours of late afternoon to 5:00 AM.
Have treid to call 911. They have either told me to call the non emergency number or I could get in trouble for calling 911. And, I could get arrested for calling the 911 number. And, the dispatcher talking with a rude tone.
Animal control has informed me that they only pick up dogs, not cats and that I will have to put the cat inside a box and bring the cat to the Troutdale office.
