Gladstone street is closed to trucks. The sign is located at 26th and Gladstone. Inspite of this we have large trucks rumbling up and down Gladstone all hours. Why is there no enforcement from the city? The entire block shakes when they drive over the speed bumps and the noise as they grind thier gears to navigate the slowdown circles is excruciating. Please help us! Oh yeah by the way this is a designated bike way another good reason to keep the trucks off SE Gladstone street
