2nd request. Overgrown city lot with abandon house and weeds and vines. Emergency hazzard for family due to overgrowth on tax payers property. Electric & Cable can't go in back of our homes for services due to this "jungle". The city of Philadelphia need to clean up their property too!!! The house been abandon for over 35-40 yrs. It looks like a little fairmount park back there....come see for yourself.

Abandon buildings with racoons living in buildings. Building falling in back of building. Dangerous, children can be hurt. Two schools within a block of this abandoned building. also a portable toilet six houses down that has been there for over five years. This is a health hazard.
April 7, 2013 -The sidewalk was cleaned up. The building is otherwise in the same deteriorated condition. The portable toilet still remains on the lot of 3026 W. Dauphin St.

The building still remains in the same condition. The raccoons enter thru the windows area that lead to the basement of the building and also from the rear of the building also.. The board that is suppose to cover an upstairs window on the front of the building is hanging from the window and could fall off. The portable toilet on the lot still remains at 3026 W. Dauphin St.

Two empty lots both ripe for crime. It's on a single block. It's the 1800 block. There is no address for these lots I can find.
These lots are on Germantown Ave. between W. Montgomery Ave and Berks St.
A great deal of illegal dumping, sometimes drug addicts set up camp in these lots too. Weeds are taller 5ft tall. I've had to run from dogs in one of these lots twice.
Considering Sabina Rose O'Donnell was dragged into such a lot and murdered mere blocks away at the beginning of last summer this needs to be remedied. It's scary walking by these lots even during the day on the way to the grocery store.
Fine the absent owner. Clean it up.

Trash, furniture, garbage and debris fill this city owned lot. Additionally, there is a storage container owned by the Maze Group Development Inc sitting on the lot. Trash is routinely strewn on top of and in back of this container. The lot is also overgrown, creating a breeding ground for vermin and disease. No child should ever have to live this way.
