Drug selling and sex Open

5570 Matthews St Philadelphia, PA - Germantown

There is drug selling going on at the corner of 5570 Matthews St and sexual activity occurring in the daytime. There is no respect for the seniors in the area or anyone else. You can tell the people who do no live in the neighborhood cars and stopping all hours of the day and night. This house is a PHA house and the person who lives in this house has two daughters and two sons who live here one of her sons was just released from jail on a rape charge. If they are not on the corner or at 5570 Matthews St they are sitting on the steps of 5566 Matthews St. When the police ride by they give certain whistles or signals. drugs are hidden in neighbors lawns cracks in cement doors of abandon homes it is really getting out of hand you can not even walk the street. If you drive up and park your car at the corner they think you are there to purchase drugs they are being sold near the Pastorius school and Lonnie Young rec center.

Motorcycle parked on sidewalk Open

200 W Evergreen Ave Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Chestnut Hill

A motorcycle is parked on the sidewalk on the 200 Block of West Evergreen Ave on the south side of the street. This illegally parked vehicle has been reported already. There is a parking lot behind the building (Colonial Manor Apartments) but the owner has chosen to block the sidewalk with this motorcycle rather than park the motorcycle behind the building or on the street.

Painted Stop Line Missing Open

1401-1499 Brandywine Street Philadelphia, PA 19130, USA - Fairmount-Spring Garden

Newly (8 months ago) installed stop signs on 15th st right in front of Ben Franklin High is missing the stop lines to alert drivers to stop. On multiple occasions drivers blow the stop sign causing or almost causing accidents or injured pedestrians.

Schuykill River Trail Light posts on all day Open

The light posts on the river trail between St. Joe's Boathouse and the stands at the Columbia Bridge are stuck 'on' all day long

(Thisi s the opposite problem of the lights on the trail from the Columbia Bridge to Tunnel rock further south where the lights are off all night long - perhaps they are related issues?)

Individuals Drinking and Disturbing the Peace Open

There are individual drinking openly on the block, smoking Marijauna and being disorderly. They leave their empty beer cans every where. I thought having an open container waas against the law. There is also a speak easy on the block.

School Buses & UPenn Busses Idling Open

Sedgley Dr. Philadelphia, PA - Strawberry Mansion

All day saturday (and late afternoons), school buses (Father Judge, First Student, UPenn) idle along Sedgley Rd/Dr. waiting for crew practice to end. Idling is ILLEGAL in Philadelphia. Please post "NO IDLING" signs along the roads or enforce the law. The exhaust fumes suffocate the neighborhood.
