Motorcycles turned on and revved multiple times. No muffler. Very loud. Happens frequently.

Every night at 11:30, a food truck pulls up in front of Starbucks to make a food delivery. He sits there for more than a 1/2 hr with the engine idling.

PA License plate # HCC 6888 parked behind no parking sign at corner of 13th and Latona

This driver parks here to make room for silver Ford Mustang NJ License # ZTT 93J, which parks and idles illegally on 13th st every day. Mustang has no philadelphia parking permit

Allied Waste Services trash truck is idling across from my office in front of the Forrest Theater. It is now 2:50 pm, and the truck has been idling for at least 30 minutes. Truck is blue, phone number on truck 215-744-2900.

3500 Solly Avenue Philadelphia 19136 - Passyunk Square

School buses are idling in the morning after they drop people off at the Father Judge High School. Idling has been seen by these buses regularly, including 7/28/10 and 7/30/10. Buses are believed to be from Temple and LaSalle Universities among others.

Record the time of day, type of vehicle, duration of idling, and if you have seen idling at this location before
