There are several boarded-up houses on the east side of Dixwell near Hamden line. The backs of these houses, visible from the Farmington Canal Trail, are being used for graffiti, illegal dumping, etc. Can LCI look into this?

1) 21 foot outboard power boat "sunbird"w/invalid expired tags "09 CT DMV 387 BD" strapped 2a: 2)"camp trailer" w/invalid expired tags "3/10 CT DMV 858 299".harding place is a frequent link for NHPD units from dixwell to the police academy on sherman.it's incomprehensible after 9 days no officer has ordered these 2 illegal vehicles impounded & processed for evidence.the weather is rapidly warming up & the neighborhood kids will play on this boat & harm themselves or others.this is a clear & present hazard that deserves immediate remediation.further the gaskets on the motor are faulty & an oil slick is spreading on the asphalt.

scrawled all over the yellow posts that guard the canal trail entrance.
the gang graffiti is not exactly a welcoming sign to people who might want to walk on the trail
