Lot is overgrown. Lot has been used in the past as a dumping ground for tree trunks, branches, yard debris and wood chips.
Portion of embankment has eroded resulting in dirt and rocks covering a portion of a large utility manhole cover that is in the adjacent sidewalk.

sidewalks are all ripped up one lady had already fallen and hurt her anckle. We have called and also e-mailed down to the city yard and city hall. They claim no fund are there for sidewalks. So that answer means it's ok for people to get hurt. And it's sad due to all the taxes we pay in New Britain. It's a shame we have sidewalks and can't use the walking in the streets are safer oh so sad!

Several property owners between Corbin and Lincoln have not cleared their walks for the last three snowstorms. One hasn't cleared her walk ALL winter! Either enforce the ordinance or get it off the books.

The people who walk to Wheeler Clinic and the DMV from the bus stop insist on walking on the side of the road without the sidewalk. This is dangerous as the road has somewhat of a blind curve. Please, if possible, issue jaywalking (is that still a thing) to them. There is nothing wrong with the sidewalk here.

Tree clearing on vacant lot has made using sidewalk a hazard. Tree trunks & branches left on hillside intrude into sidewalk area. Problem reported to Building Dept. late last year. Owner has not cleaned up the site.

Commercial truck parked in residential area going on 8 weeks; trees overgrowing sidewalk (pedestrians forced to walk in road), embankment sliding over sidewalk and utility (SNET?) manhole; trash!

Authorities in Berlin should be ashamed of the illegal parking in front of the Bank of America on New Britain Road. Cars always pull up onto the sidewalk, blocking the view of cars trying to exit. And I even saw one car almost his a pedestrian on the sidewalk. The bank itself should be concerned about someone being able to pull up right next to the front door and leave the motor running. Either take down the No Parking signs or put legal parking spaces in.
