The entrances and exits to Price Chopper Plaza, along with the traffic lights into the plaza are very confusing.
Motorists constantly block the driveways and don't know where they are supposed to turn, because there are so many unused abandoned driveways going to nothing here.
The road is crumbling and the lane markings are non-existent.
What a confusing mess!

When coming down the hill on Wards Lane, several times I have sat for 5+ minutes behind others trying to turn left with the traffic sensor not tripping for traffic on Wards Lane. Eventually, people either go through the Mobil station, make a Right on Red or just go left on the red light. It seems to happen more frequently in the snow, but still occurs in good weather as well. An in-ground loop would be ideal, however at the very least the sensor up on the pole should be adjusted.

Traffic light from road leading from Bank of America building (former Two Guys) into Broadway occasionally does not change during the day, although a car is waiting. Does not appear to be an issue late at night. Could be because of wet conditions.

This stretch of Interstate 787 needs to have an "I-90 Buffalo/Boston - RIGHT LANE" sign installed further north. This would remind absent-minded motorists they need to merge into the right-hand lane earlier.
Inattentive drivers always abruptly cut to the right at the last possible second in front of other traffic which is already headed up the off-ramp.
On numerous occasions I have seen careless, distracted drivers swerving to the right, over the solid white line, just in the nick of time at the apex of the median, coming inches from causing major accidents. This situation is VERY dangerous on such a high-speed, high-volume highway.
