And the NEW junkyard sits on city owned property. Get it out of there.
Looks like the junk cars were removed.

This house was documented/reported in March 2012 and has been demolished. There has been some progress but we must continue to find the resources to combat blight and decay.

In 2007 I asked property owner George Schneider to please clean-up these branches. The ceiling tile and drywall inside is collapsed, the neighbor's see rats, skunks and raccoon's coming out the back door.
The demolition board granted George Schneider 30 days to fix this dilapidated structure up, it recently caught fire and the fire department pumped an estimated 4500 gallons of water into this house to put the fire out. Witnesses stated water was gushing out the foundation. The fire marshal had the house boarded -up and put a lock on the door, it is under investigation for suspected arson. This house needs to be torn down!
The City of Lorain granted George Schneider a permit for a roof that was not installed correctly,
this house is being rented by a war veteran, God Bless America!
