One of the speed humps on Perkins Street (between Grand and Pine Streets) was taken away. Cars speed down the street even with another speed hump there. When will this one be replaced?
The two speed humps on Perkins Street need to be made bigger(from curb to curb).cars go around them even when cars are parked next to them. Some times coming close to the cars that are parked there, almost hitting them.
The two speed humps are still there. Was this meant as a joke because of the speeding cars going around these humps(if you can call them those.) With all the children on the street something has to be done about it.
No, it's not a joke. I was mistaken that yes, we still have two speed humps but we did have a third and it was taken away a couple of weeks ago. It coincided with one of the neighbors having their driveway re-paved but I don't know why that would have been involved (if it was??).
The city trash bin at the bus stop in front of Strong School is overflowing. Please empty so people can use it. Thanks

5 dirtbikes, one ATV riding all over Clinton Park ay 2 pm (10/26). Looks like they're back in force....
Same thing yesterday on Houston St. Only one bike but several guys taking turns. Very annoying at 10 AM
If you don't call the police when you see it little will be done and you will have to live with the noise.
For several weeks dirt bikes and ATVs are back in FULL force and RUNNING THE STREETS ... today 10/26, about 12 riders have been out--seems they just do NOT care about what NHPD or the hard working people of this City who ARE just trying to enjoy a peaceful Sunday at home have to say.
It's all about them -- me, me, me, and they do as they please. They are above the LAW!
This is ridiculous.
Of course they don't care. Actually they care to disturb you, to make noise, to be noticed, and probably to have fun doing it. And breaking the law? What law?
