FOR QUICKEST RESPONSE, REPORT POTHOLES DIRECTLY TO RCOC
Beverly Hills, Mich. — The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) asks residents and motorists to contact the agency directly to report potholes and other road safety issues.
"Several Websites now encourage motorists to post road safety concerns,” noted RCOC Managing Director Dennis Kolar. “However, these sites do not share these complaints directly with the road commission."
If pothole complaints are called or e-mailed directly to the Road Commission, they are addressed as expediently as possible. Residents can contact RCOC’s Department of Customer Service directly via phone (toll free) at 877-858-4804 or through the Road Commission’s Website, www.rcocweb.org (click on the “contact us” button).
The Department of Customer Services is staffed weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. The best way to report a non-emergency problem after hours is to file a report at the RCOC Website. For emergencies during non-business hours, contact the RCOC dispatch office at 248-858-4895.
"We take the safety of motorists seriously," Kolar said. "The best way to have a concern addressed on the county road and bridge network is by directly contacting the Road Commission. When using alternate methods to report potholes, there is often an unnecessary delay leading to additional frustration and potential damage to vehicles."

Numerous potholes and non working street lights on Montcalm/Martin Luther King between Cesar Chavez and Featherstone.
Too dangerous. Hard to make a left turn from southbound Dequindre onto eastbound 23 mile, especially the way the roads are misaligned. Would be a good place for a "roundabout"
Water left standing in pool with small children around and causing a health hazard
We are grateful for those people who observe and follow the speed limit.
Dark Blue MiniVan going south at 40-50 miles an hour
It would be nice if the PD would be more proactive in correcting this issue!
Maybe I should have been more specific! There are many people who drive well over the speed limit (25) on Inverness. Mostly residents in SUV's. A good percent driven by women.
Drag Racing and Loitering on Weekends all night long. Disturbs neighborhood and is potentially unsafe.
Please learn the ordinances for Loitering in Royal Oak. Under the lawful definitions set fourth by Royal Oak, there is no, or very little, loitering happening.
There are so many potholes on South Blvd. between Adams and Coolidge that I have to keep dodging them to avoid damaging my car. Most are on the Troy (south side) but there are some on the Rochester Hills side also.
They did come out and fix some of them but they are back again.
The road gets worse by the day. It needs repair from Opdyke to Coolidge.
The road gets worse by the day.
The potholes have been patched but not very well. I'm not sure if anything else can be done.
There are numerous potholes on South Blvd. between Adams and Coolidge. Most of the big ones are on the south side (Troy) but some are on the north side.
These are getting worse by the day. In some parts, the road is washed away.
grass 15 inches high
good luck! I have been trying to get the City to cut the grass of 395 west ypsilanti for two years, I finally contacted the counsel person for the area and he had a church come out and cut it. the house has been boarded up for three years still there. It also butts up against a park...good right?
