A fence and two dumpsters in the street are blocking a lane of traffic. There are no safety signs, lights, or markings, no safe pedestrian path, and trash is piled in the road next to the fence.

The employees, deliverymen, patrons, and people who hang outside and on the corner of City Pizza constantly throw cigarette butts on the pavement and in the street. This is besides all the dirty dishes and napkins that are thrown into the street (even though there is a trashcan right outside the door). It’s a nuisance to all the people who live on the street and want their neighborhood to not be filled with trash.

Building permits show construction for a 39 foot home on an R10a lot were filed in May of 2012. R10a lots had a height limit of 35 feet. Did the ZBA miss something? Doesn't construction that doesn't match zoning need a zoning variance. This site has already been cited for other violations.

This house has been empty for over 3 years and is in absolutely horrible condition. I have contacted L&I but it seems they either don't care or cannot do anything. The owner (Liliana Falkenstein ,PO Box 34735, Phila.,PA 19101 doesn't seem to care. Maybe if enough people pressure her she will sell this property.
1529 Morris Street Philadelphia, PA
1529 Morris Street is the location of a cash checking place. Many times large vans and cars will park in front of this business to "run in"... this causes a large blind spot for cars coming from Mole st who can not see any cars, bikes or buses coming down Morris St.
Signs should be posted on all these small South Philadelphia intersections to enforce cars that park less than 20 ft from corner.
You would be lucky if they did not just park blocking the intersection as they cash their checks. PPA please enforce this dangerous issue.
Moore & Mole St Philadelphia, PA
A box truck is kept at the corner of Moore and Mole all the time. The owner operates a chase car to hold the spot on the suspicious AM runs (2am-9am) he does make with the truck. The truck is graffiti'd. Often w/ profanity. The truck is always parked partially on sidewalk. The truck creates a blind spot for children and pedestrians.
