There is a dead tree in the area between the sidewalk and the street. Is this a potential hazard if it blows over onto the street during a storm. or is it considered overgrown stuff

There is household debris on this property near the street in a couple of locations. The photo show one of those piles.
There is a pile of household furniture behind Tuscany apartments off of Lester. This pile has been there for a couple of months.

At the backside of the Tuscany apartments located off the E. Lester side there has been dumped a love seat near their parking lot.
More furniture has been deposited at this location since the original posting as the photo will attest. The photo doesn't include a rather large bureau that is on the ground to the side of the pile.
There is a large blue tag on the block wall at or near this address. It was hard to know the address for certain.
This was painted over.
There is a tag on this ES dumpster (No: 800794-8). The tag is on the back side of the dumpster.

As of Monday, November 24th this has not been cleaned up which surprises me a little as ES is usually really prompt with these issues. It's been just shy of a month since this was reported.

The pot hole problem is on Nebraska between Palo Verde Rd and Madison Stravenue and it is getting really bad.
There is a chair abandoned on what looks to be an empty lot. It is the lot just east of 4521 E. Lester.
This issue has been attended to and the area looks much better.
One of many tags along Tucson Blvd near Himmel Park. Also several bike signs on 3rd Street are defaced.
