200-250 18th St Nw Washington D.C., DC 20006, USA
East-bound Constitution Ave has a left-turn only lane at 18th St that is routinely ignored. Why can't it be enforced better? Those little plastic bollards embedded in the road would fix the problem.

There are two steel plates right as the two right lanes enter the I-66 bridge -- the one ramp from JFK Center/Rock Creek Parkway and the other lane from E Street Expressway.
This steel plate is sticking up about 1-2 inches and I'm afraid one day its going to give me or someone else a flat tire.
2701 K St Nw Washington, DC 20037, USA
Here is an chance here to decongest traffic on east-bound K St and improve ped safety.
When the light is green on northbound 27th street, DDOT could turn on a green "right turn only" arrow on eastbound K St without compromising anyone's safety. (I am referring to the lane where the silver Mercedes is in this picture http://goo.gl/maps/4RNc.)
All other directions including pedestrians are stopped at a red light when NB 27th is green so there would be no intersections of paths.
This would really make life better for the thousands of motorists who leave Georgetown via US-50/I-66.
Would also make it safer for pedestrians crossing 27th St, since they will no longer have to share the pavement with cars turning right off of K st.
The light on K St is currently on 5-10 sec cycle and it really backs up traffic from 4-7pm.
Constitution Ave. Washington, DC
As you drive down Constitution past the Washington Monument, there is a section of it so rough and uneven that my car can barely take it day in and out. This needs to be smoothed out and repaved!
Rock Creek And Potomac Pkwy Nw Washington, DC 20037, USA
Traffic backs up on the Roosevelt Bridge due to a stop sign at the bottom of the exit for eastbound Rock Creek parkway/Ohio Drive. There is very little traffic coming from the Kennedy Center Direction, but because it is so sporadic, it backs up traffic onto the bridge and usually it is at least halfway across. If DDOT could switch the stop sign during morning rush hour, so that those exiting from Virginia onto Rock Creek Parkway wouldn't have to stop, it would reduce the backup on the bridge. I believe that the other drivers would be minimally inconvenienced, as the traffic is so light from this direction.
1300 Block Massachusetts Ave Nw Washington, DC
Westbound on Mass. Ave past 13th St. NW - signs showing height limit of Thomas Circle tunnel are missing - often trucks travel into tunnel space and must stop since they are too tall and then must back all the way out - causing lots of backups. Similar height signs should be be posted further east before 13th Street NW alerting truck divers of the low height so they can detour in time.
500-526 18th Street Northwest Washington, DC 20006, USA
Storm drain at NW corner completely clogged. Large and deep puddle forms during and after rain events, covering both curb cuts and large swath of street. Very dangerous for pedestrians.
