We have a rodent/skunk/smell problem that is being made worse by adding more trash in the shed. No attempt is being made to clean it up and is being prepared to rent again. Help!

This property has an odor of decaying flesh coming from inside the house. Some days we can smell this odor in our own house. I have notify the property owner but they have been reluctant to do anything about this issue.

Hi. For the last week or so, intermittently, I've been smelling a pretty strong sulfur or natural gas smell in the morning in the area marked. It does not smell exactly like natural gas but maybe it is. Just not sure as I have nothing but my nose to go by. It is definitely NOT a natural smell though. By the time I come home the smell is gone. I believe the residents of Lansing need to know what manufactures or maybe now even frackers are up to so close to a residential area. If anyone has info I'd love to hear it. Thanks.

The following streets are in desperate need of a street-sweeper to clean the curbside organic matter in front of the sewer grates:
*West Hodge Avenue
*West Berry Avenue
On May 25, I went for a walk around the neighborhood. Upon hitting the West Berry Avenue-Palmer Street intersection, I observed an elderly neighbor attempting to clean the organic matter build-up on the sewer grate in front of her house with a snowshovel.
The smell was terrible and the weight of the clean-up was beyond what she could have ever picked up. Upon observation, it was apparent most of the grates in the aforementioned area are clogged.
The neighbor said a recent rain caused water to back-up into the street.
The street-sweeper has been a rare sight in this neighborhood. And there is worry that the lack of short-term maintenance will cause further long-term problems.
Note: Most neighbors clean the grates adjacent to their homes; however, there are quite a few neighbors who cannot do this task because of age and physical limitations.
