On Saturdays i ride to the Wooster Square Farmer's Market with my two boys in tow in our WIKE bike trailer. Just as you go over the Kimberly Ave bridge and immediatly before the Northbound entrance ramp to 95 there is a small dirt trail that cuts over to the end of the boulevard. The problem is they put up a long guardrail from the water to the entrance ramp to 95 N on the boulevard and a bike trailer does not fit. It needs another 2 feet, that's it! I know its part of the ECG trail. Sound off to get this fixed!
thanks. I do have pictures i will try to upload.

The two storm drains at the end of Porter street directly behind University Skilled Nursing Home are clogged with debris and sand, The storm runoff runs thru the nursing home property and floods the parking lot.

Attached a picture from recent storm on 1-25-10 If you look in front of the parked cars you can see the river of water running across our parking lot. This floods our lot and then cascades over the curb and continues on into the apartment complex next to our facility.

Formerly a dry cleaning business, the building is in extremely unsafe condition: leaking roof, broken windows, rotting floor, rear door unsecured. There is old dry cleaning equipment, probably dry cleaning chemical contamination and waste, asbestos from a rusting boiler, and the building's foundation is rotten and open to the elements creating a rodent problem and allowing rainwater to enter and possibly contaminate groundwater and the surrounding soil with pollutants.
