Drivers get a green light at Preston only to have to come to a complete stop before the light turns green at Hilcrest. If the traffic signal at Hilcrest were to turn green ~4-5 seconds earlier, drivers would be forced into a stop and go situation. Just drive north on the service road from the Preston road intersection to the Hilcrest inersection to see the problem. I have driven this route for years and it seems this light may have been intentionally mistimed recently to force more drivers onto the toll road. 2 2010-02-05T16:38:27Z

I have reported this several times and to this date it has not been fixed. The result of this malfunction results in drivers having to wait an additional 30 seconds or so only to miss the green light at the next traffi intersection.
