Are you talking about the 200 block of Wootten? IF so, this is private and the City does not regulate this portion. It would be up the proeprty owners --- with input from the Fire Department --- as to the issue of parking on this section. The public part of this road I did not see an issue with. Please clarify. No, this would be from between Buena Vista Ave ending at the bend at Overlook. Cars park regularly on both sides of the road every Sunday. The past month, the upper half of Wooten has been filled with work trucks (pickup truck style) during weekday in front of 170 Wootten.
