Description
The spot where Brighton Road dead-ends into the Park Glen apartment complex is chronically covered in litter, as is the yard of the rental property at 1217 Brighton Road, including the property's edge along the Park Glen parking lot. Right now there is an avalanche of litter coming off of that property's front yard and spilling into the passage between Brighton and the complex parking lot. I live nearby and have cleaned up this mess repeatedly even though it's not my property. It's time for the owners to step up and address this longstanding problem and not leave it to nearby residents. City of Raleigh, please help. This is a blight on our neighborhood.
