Description

While sitting outside Peet's from 4:45 pm until 5:35 pm, I observed seven (7) vehicles make left turns against the "No Left Turn" signals, five (5) bicyclists and two (2) skateboarders riding on the sidewalk, and two (2) vehicles running red lights. No traffic enforcement APD officers were stationed in or around the intersection. Lack of enforcement of traffic laws endangers drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
