Who owns this property? I believe they only live in CT. part of the year. They need to be forced to hire a property management company to care for their property when they are not here. The house is a dump and the yard is even worse. I don't need to walk by and look at this trashy scene in my neighborhood! CLEAN IT UP!

That is not a real address, 22 seaview is a small ranch that does not meet this description, is ut te one on the corner of ocean and seaview

How about this, the Mayor's car is parked illegal and there are cars parked all over the lawn at this house for a party for the Mayor of West Haven re election.
The mayor is best friend with the owner of the house so I doubt the police will do anything.
