Someone painted over the graffiti with black spray paint. It doesn't look too much better than the graffiti since the background color of the wall if beige. Are there any requirements for what constitutes appropriate graffiti cleanup? This seems sub-par.

As long as the graffiti is covered it is acceptable. It does show that it is still on the schedule for parks to remove. If when they arrive they see it as graffiti, it will be removed.

This corridor is tagged up again. Graf on the doors, walls, and even the cement at foot.
