The first selectman has informed me that Cumberland Farms was issued the appropriate permits which will not be revoked. Therefore the perilous issue will remain. It's only a matter of time before something happens here. The only solution is to avoid the intersection and not patronize the business. The business is too big for a too-small lot, located in the wrong place. Nobody is going to do anything about it.
