Description

The trash men only picked up one of three trash cans, aligned along the street, leaving a unsigned citation from an unidentified driver that stated "Items were not placed at the edge of the property as required." This represents a petty act on the part of the driver as the only can that was emptied was the one in the center. I am attaching a picture of the trash cans aligned along the street. The full trash cans will remain on the street until they are emptied. I would be happy to email an additional picture of the citation in order to expedite investigation of this matter.
