Description

Every morning there is a backup of cars trying to turn left onto Pennsylvania Ave from 4 St NW. Cars are forced to turn into one of the 2 left turn only lanes, which are almost always empty. The right side left turn lane should be changed to accommodate cars going straight as well as turning left.
