Description

Barker St between Franklin and Wethersfield Ave. is an absolute pigsty. There is trash on nearly every property, on every curb and all up and down the street. Except for when the street sweeper comes by, this street is always a mess. The residents need to be fined. Oh and let's not forget the illegal parking which stops two-way traffic every morning, but still hasn't been addressed by HPD
