  City of Quincy - here is an innovative solution - require bold yellow diagonal striped on that portion of the sidewalk where pedestrians walk. Far fewer people would be apt to park on those!

  And now it looks like Mary Lou's has a drive-thru parked up at the handicapped ramp, under the flag, I guess it's closer to the Keno machines too
