NOTICE "Wilburn Mews Neighbors"

Lately I've noticed groups of young males (some looking as young as school age) hanging in the back yards of individual parking spaces gambling, drinking and smoking weed. I'm very concerned because this type of behavior leads to more problems. We already have some guys selling drugs in our neighborhood. Let's please join together to put a STOP to this type of unwanted behavior. Please report this activity to the authorities. THANKS
