Code Compliance inspected the site. A letter of violation will be issued and time given to comply.

A letter of violation was issued giving time to comply.

At the time of the re-inspection on 04/21/14, property owners have made progress with the removal of some of the debris. Another extension was granted because of some unforeseen issues with the property owners. Drop dead date for compliance is 04/28/14 or a citation will be issued.

Thanks for monitoring this site. They still have a lot to clean up. Would Mr. Eyre be able to assist in getting the trash cleaned up or his he driving a tow truck now? Please advise and keep the neighbors posted.

Re-inspection of property will be performed on tomorrow.

A citation was issued. Court date 06/04/14. Depending on outcome of hearing will determine next step.
