Description
All Winter long our house has been used as a dumping ground for snow and ice. The streets were just bladed again today and instead of a little bit bladed onto our area, the ice was once again piled up on the hill that was created previously. It now takes us 3 pallets to get out to the street. The first of these pallets is actually on the sidewalk. The house across the street has hardly any snow. Why is this happening? The pile of ice is now about 6 feet tall. Once this starts melting, we won't be able to get to our car. Can anything be done about this?
