Yeah, I'm not sure either. Maybe a No Left Turn sign. I just cringe when I'm on Bus-30 or turning right out of BJ's/Wegman's and I see someone waiting to make that turn.

Allot of people in Chester County don't abide by the rule of not crossing a double yellow line. Double yellow lines are NOT only for passing. Read the law, No passing, crossing, or turning left.
Fix? Start handing out tickets

@ Joe Brams. My mistake, I stand corrected. According to Google Earth that IS a legal intersection. Double yellow lines prior to and after intersection, not in intersection. Personally never used those entrance/exits but agree 100%. Traveling W.on RT30 in left turn lane entering Wegman's/Pet Smart, how are you supposed to see the vehicle cutting in front of you making their left out of Bowling Palace ??
