Description
There is a large sink hole in front of my house. It is getting bigger and deeper. It fills with water with every rain. It is difficult to park in front of my house because of the sink hole. I am worried that a parked car will cause the surface to cave in. There is a similar hole in front of my neighbor's house at 4614. The size and depth of the hole have increased rapidly this winter. The surface is crumbling. Please have a crew come and take a look at the problem.

3/21/2014 - This location was safety inspected and it was determined these are actually potholes needing repair with asphalt and not concave/hollow sections. Resubmitted for pothole repair on SCF#-995069

These depressions in the pavement are NOT potholes. These are sink holes. There is no chunk missing from the pavement. This is a sink hole. Something is going on underneath the surface. In fact, if you take a look up and down the street there are sink holes all along.
This past fall we had the water line in the street at the connection to the house break and water was gushing a flooding in front of my house. I bet anything there is a broken water line or sewer line under the street.
Just filling this depression will not solve this problem. It will be a waste of time and taxpayer money.
