Description

Severe rutting of compacted snow and ice on 117 Avenue in Copperwood. Cars will not clear the rut heights and is causing damage and stuck vehicles. Truck needed to be put into 4x4 to climb out of ruts. Will not improve with the forecasted cold temperatures - needs to be graded asap.
