Description

Now that all the apartment dwellers have taken to the sidewalk to get their drug fix, the entire street, sidewalk and street-front plant beds are littered with cigarette butts. Did the city anticipate this consequential result? It is a very toxic mess and will be even worse when the rains take them all into the storm drains.
