Description

Last fall the blue recycling toters of this property were improperly filled with garbage and therefore not emptied. They then were relocated to the rear of the property where the garbage continues to fester. Additional bags of garbage have been added on the ground next to the toters. Additionally, a discarded window is leaning against the chain-link fence of the backyard. Property owner is Dwayne Dancy.
