Traffic light timing along Metro Pkwy was almost perfect, until two weeks ago when many of them changed. The worst change in their timing is at Van Dyke and the result is significant backups in both the morning and evening traffic. The backups are effecting Mound Rd. in the evening are backed to Dodge Parkway in the morning. The turn-around light holds the traffic but when released, the Van Dyke light is still red. By the time it turns green and releases traffic the turn-around has gone to red, so only the cars between these two signals are able to cross. Please re-set to timing in place in February (again, it was near perfect all the way across).
