can someone please acknowledge this and get the light fixed?

We are now up to four lights that go on and off all night. I've reported it here, with the UI who told me its the citys responsibility and the alderman has been notified. What other steps need to be taken to get these lights fixed? Anyone????

How to report or call in a Street Light Outage:
Citizens are encouraged to report all non emergency streetlight outages to this number:
(203) 946-6091.
In order to repair all Municipally Owned Lighting within 72 hours, the following information
is required:
 Problem (Light Out, Light Cycling On & Off, Light on during day, etc.)
 Street Address closest to the Light Pole Street Light Mounted On.
 Street Light Pole # (Metal Digits Nailed to the pole facing the street at eye level.
e.g. UI co 1234 or SNET/AT&T 1234).
 Cross Street nearest to the Light Problem (e.g. corner of Dyer and Diamond
Street).
 Caller Name and Phone number to allow us to follow up.

This has all been done and no one has even attempted to respond till now. Thanks, but now I am trying to reach the Engineering Dept to get this matter fixed.

Finally fixed.

We are delineating Street Lamp issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. Any issues prior to Dec 31, 2015 are being closed. If your Street Lamp issue still needs to be addressed, please create a new issue by selecting the Street Lamp service request in SeeClickFix. Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
