Description

There is a speed bump-like upheaval of pavement at the end of Zoar Avenue (closest to Lincoln Ave) on the side heading toward Austaine. This has been an issue for several weeks and has gotten worse since it was hit by a snow plow during the most recent snowfall. If you are unaware of it being there it is hard to see and can do damage if hit by even low speeds.
