This request just came in by email from a neighbor located at this address in Sandy Spring,

'Help!

I am disabled and housebound until I am shoveled out. And Meals on Wheels won't be able to get to my door, either. I'm sure that I am going about asking for assistance all wrong and would appreciate any and all assistance.'
