The next Land Use Board meeting is now scheduled for October 2, 2014. The LUB requires that for these hearings to go forward there must be an acceptable stormwater plan, that has been reviewed by the experts, before the next hearing can be held.

Independent of all the changes, this is still a USE variance seeking to build a SANOFI/KIRBY/KDC industrial scale power plant in Bedminster's rural residential zone. Such a use is prohibited and must be denied based on all the violations of planning.

It is important for all who oppose this industrial scale power plant proposed to be built in Bedminster's rural residential district attend the Land Use Board meetings to demonstrate in numbers their continued opposition. Next meeting is still scheduled for October 2nd at the Bedminster Municipal building.

Well KDC Solar has requested a delay until the now next scheduled public hearing August 13, 2015, 7:00pm at the Bedminster municipal building.
